📦 Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 AUD.
  • Standard shipping: 5–12 business days.
  • Express shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • We ship Australia-wide.

⏱ Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🔄 Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

🔀 Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We are happy to help with exchanges. Simply contact us and we will arrange it for you.

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
