DeservePetGo is an Australian-owned online retail store specialising in pet supplies and accessories for dogs, cats, birds, small pets, and aquariums. We operate exclusively online.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.
Colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

5. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to specific conditions.
Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
Discount codes are intended for personal use and may not be shared publicly or resold.

6. Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over $50 AUD within Australia.
Standard delivery within Australia takes approximately 5–12 business days.
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not meet the above conditions.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the original item was faulty.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of DeservePetGo or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
